This page works without installing the app and without signing in. Enter the email address of your account and we will send you a message with a confirmation link.
Request account deletion
Check your email
If an account with this address exists, we have sent it a message with a confirmation link. We never disclose whether an address is registered.
The link is valid for 24 hours. If nothing arrives within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Too many requests
We received too many requests in a row. Please wait a few minutes and try again.
The request could not be sent
The service is temporarily unavailable: the request was not sent and no account was deleted. Try again later or write to us.

What will be deleted
- the account, the email address and the display name;
- check-in history and the settings for period, reminders and language;
- connections with watchers and watched people, invitations and trusted contact addresses;
- push notification tokens and the notification logs linked to the account.
Deletion timeline
After confirmation the data is removed from live systems immediately and fully purged from backups within 30 days. A deleted account cannot be restored: signing in again creates a new empty account.
If the app is installed
You can delete the account right in the app: Settings → Delete account. This page is for people who have already uninstalled it.
